Facing life challenges can cause discomforts that disrupt our everyday. Are the discomforts you are facing driving a need for change? Within therapy you will have a safe space to share your inner thoughts, process past events and learn skills to manage the stressors of today. I work with people who struggle with disordered eating & body image issues. My approach comes from HAES (Health at Every Size). This involves healing relationships with food/exercise while reconnecting to self. Other areas include grief, ADHD, depression, mood/thought disorders, relationship issues, life changes and perinatal loss.
